Dallas, Texas, June 10, 2015 — Voice4Net, a leading provider of customer interaction and voice communications solutions for businesses, announced it has reached an agreement with EarthBend, a major national distributor of telecommunications, wireless and networking solutions, to offer its new WebRTC Framework product line to EarthBend’s network of communications solutions resellers. Through this relationship, EarthBend will deliver customizable, feature-rich WebRTC-based customer engagement solutions that can be implemented into existing contact centers faster and far less expensively than traditional technology.

This latest partnership extends the existing relationship that Voice4Net and EarthBend already enjoy. EarthBend is one of Voice4Net’s most successful channels, and is a major provider of Voice4Net’s highly successful CCHD contact center platform.

“EarthBend has been one of our most valued distribution partners, and we are delighted that the company has elected to offer our WebRTC Framework suite to its dealers,” said Rick McFarland, Voice4Net’s chief executive officer. “We’ve worked diligently to develop WebRTC-based solutions that can provide a number of key benefits to businesses, such as easier customization, faster implementation, and certainly, lower costs. By teaming with a market-savvy distribution partner such as EarthBend, we can help more dealers capitalize on these technologies.”

“Voice4Net has proven itself to be an innovative provider that has enabled our channel partners to offer contact center solutions that best serve the needs of their end user customers,” said Ryan Donovan, general manager and vice president of sales at EarthBend. “We’re glad to continue our relationship with Voice4Net, and help our resellers benefit from these very compelling WebRTC-based solutions.”

Voice4Net is the recent recipient of four industry awards honoring its WebRTC Framework suite, including the Frost & Sullivan 2014 New Product Innovation Award; plus 2015 Product of the Year awards from INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine, CUSTOMER magazine, and the WebRTCWorld news site.
