The new partner program enables UFD partners to offer the next level of colocation, dark and lit fiber solutions between New York City and Washington, D.C.
YORK, Pa. – September 17, 2013 – United Fiber & Data (UFD) announces today the launch of its Agent Alliance program. UFD’s Agent Alliance enables partners to provide their customers with access to a redundant and secure path between New York City and Washington, D.C. over its next level (or NXT LVL), state-of-the-art fiber optic network using all new glass.
UFD’s Channel Partners will be able to deliver the NXT LVL of colocation, dark and lit fiber solutions through a single partner in markets where access to world-class fiber was previously unavailable. Partners will gain private-network access to major peering points and data center infrastructure, allowing partners to offer robust business continuity and disaster recovery solutions to customers. Scalable dark and lit fiber solutions enable partner’s to meet the customers’ bandwidth needs today and in the future.
“UFD is proud to announce the launch of our Agent Alliance. We know that Agent relationships are crucial to our success and are dedicated to providing a robust offering and top notch support to our partners,” states Christopher Lodge, Chief Operating Officer of UFD. “Organizations that partner with UFD will gain an unmatched competitive edge, as the program will enable them to offer the next level of true, physical diversity and unrivalled business continuity.”
UFD’s Partners and Agents have access to a support system, which includes training, sales assistance and marketing resources. Partners and Agents will also receive incentives for delivering new customer relationships. It also offers compensation options to its Partners, which include referral bonuses or agent residuals on dark and lit fiber services. UFD lit fiber services will debut in early 2014.
