Establishes direct European presence
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (March 5, 2013) – Systems Maintenance Services Inc. (SMS) has acquired U.K.-based Exquip Network Services Limited (d/b/a Olympic Support or “Olympic”). Olympic is a global provider of IT asset maintenance and services supporting contracts in more than 80 countries. The acquisition of Olympic expands the SMS client account base and establishes its direct presence in Europe. SMS will offer Olympic’s client base an enhanced suite of multivendor IT asset lifecycle services, along with an expanded global delivery footprint via its more than 80 owned service centers throughout North America and Asia.
