Gerard E.A. Smit, Chief Technology Officer BeNeLux and Digital Transformation Leader, IBM Distinguished Engineer will headline the upcoming ASCDI Rome Conference (May15-16), with a presentation on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robobits on individuals, organizations and society. Smit’s presentation will be a part of a two-day event packed with learning. Jan Hoogstrate, Free ITC Europe, will discuss Repair, resale and the impact on our environment while Victoria D’Arcy General Manager, CISCO Capital, Peter Viuf of Power Systems AIX, and Steffen Miller of Miller-Anlagan, will host a Server, Storage, and Network Hardware Manufacturer Update.
The ASCDI Conference will kick off with a networking event featuring a walking city tour exploring the Roman culinary tradition in the historic center of the city. Attendees will have a chance to sample Roman cuisine and get to get to know fellow members and attendees. An open bar reception and dinner follow on the roof top terrace of the Rome Marriott Grand Hotel Flora. The conference coincides with final day of the Brokerbin meeting in Rome.
