About our speaker: Justin Owens
Justin has litigated disputes in all industries, frequently representing secondary market resellers of IT hardware goods against claims of counterfeit and trademark infringement.
Following a one-year federal clerkship in the Central District of California, Justin handled high-profile lawsuits, including a record-breaking fraud case resulting in a $5 billion recovery for his client. Since joining Stradling in 2015, Justin has a track record of decisive victories for his clients, earning him the regard of clients and peers alike. Justin attended the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
