Park Place Technologies, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is a world leader in third-party maintenance and IT management services. The acquisition comprises CentricsIT third-party maintenance, data sanitization and destruction, recycling, on-demand engineering, and global project management services. CentricsIT remains a leading global provider of server, storage, and networking hardware and will continue to operate out of its Atlanta staging and integration facility.
