April 11, 2023 – boxxe support a number of defence contracts and selected Agilitas as their strategic service partner on several of these contracts to ensure they could deliver against all the client’s challenging requirements whilst remaining on budget.
One of the key challenges for boxxe was identifying a partner who not only had proven experience of working with key government and MoD contracts, but that also had skilled, security cleared engineers that were available in different parts of the UK including the South-West. To fulfil the defined SLAs, it was also imperative that the selected partner had a strong network of stocking locations with facilities close to client’s site and multi-vendor inventory to support client’s hardware requirements.
With experience working with channel partners to support a number of end-user defence contracts including BAE Systems, Thales, Qinetiq, Central MoD, Boeing and Meggit, Agilitas have been providing innovative IT hardware and engineering solutions for over 30 years. Agilitas were best placed to support boxxe’s large MoD contracts with minimal implementation time required due to their extensive network of parts, stocking locations and engineers already in place.
For one contract, 2 key stocking locations were already established within one hour drive of the client site enabling the boxxe and Agilitas service delivery and logistics teams to work together straight away to ensure all client’s hardware requirements were located close to the end user site.
As a Cisco partner, Agilitas could support Cisco IOS and TAC requirements as well as supporting a host of other technology from the 80+ vendors that they support.
boxxe were able to fully meet their client’s requirements, enabling the relationship between boxxe and their customers to grow from strength to strength. With SLAs met and all project requirements delivered, this strengthened client confidence and has created an extremely positive customer experience. Plus, the support in place from Agilitas’ technical support and service teams meant boxxe have full access to IOS/TAC and support with Data Media Retention (DMR) when required.
As well as being able to deliver a stronger proposition all round, boxxe also benefit from a strong pricing model which they are able to pass on to their clients to ensure a commercially attractive proposal that differentiates from the competition. Through boxxe’s partnership with Agilitas, they are looking forward to providing a continued high service to their defence clients and strengthening their defence portfolio.
