San Diego, CA – September 30, 2021 – Maintenance and storage provider, ISC Group LLC, acquired the direct sales division of Mosaic Technology Corporation, a global reseller and solutions provider based in Portsmouth, NH. Agile Equity served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Mosaic Technology throughout the transaction.
ISC Group is a leading provider of third-party maintenance and support across the globe. The acquisition will expand their offerings to include IT solutions for Hybrid, Private, and Public Cloud environments. This includes data storage, data management, desktop, server, networking, backup, disaster recovery, performance optimization, software, email and much more. ISC Group will also be taking on existing authorizations of Mosaic product partners and maintain existing service contracts held by Mosaic.

Mosaic Technology will still maintain and focus exclusively on its brokerage sales division. This includes the resale of enterprise level servers, storage, and networking equipment. Mosaic will also continue to offer a wide variety of professional services, including asset buyback, asset management, data sanitization and data destruction, advanced exchange programs, and more.
